Cancellation Policy

Appointment requests are subject to approval and change per Hydrology IV, Weight Loss, & Wellness staff. Once approved, please arrive to your appointment 15 minutes prior for any consultation to complete needed paperwork. The cancellation policy applies to any appointments canceled within 4 hours, subject to a $50 fee at staff discretion. If you have questions regarding your appointment, please reach out.
